Kim is a graduate of Florida State University and completed duel degrees in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance. In 2015, she completed her Masters of Science degree from Boston University in Insurance Management. Kim has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. She currently works for her father’s business as Vice President of Coastal Insurance Underwriters, Inc. (Coastal) which is program administrator specializing in insurance products tailored for condominium and homeowners associations and golf and country clubs. Kim has over 7 years of commercial underwriting experience and holds multiple insurance designations including Charted Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

She also holds the Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI) designation recognized by FEMA and NFIP which allows her to understand the nuisances of the National Flood Program and keep up-to-date with legislative changes.

She plans to utilize her insurance and underwriting knowledge to work together with her husband to sell real estate in the Pone Vedra Beach community.

Kim was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. She grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach and returned back to the area after completing college. Kim is a local and advocate for the beaches area, so much that she recruited Nick to move here. Kim and Nick recently got married in April 2017 in Charleston, South Carolina.

Nick graduated from the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2010. He also received a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies from University of South Florida in 2014. Over the last six years, Nick has been an executive recruiter for Management Recruiters International (MRI). His strengths include contract negotiation, sales/ marketing, the ability to assimilate complex issues quickly, as well as the ability to solve problems logically. Prior to recruiting he worked as a business analyst for the workflow software company, Clarifire. Nick was an intermediary between the client and IT programming to assist in the automation of workflow for mortgage foreclosures. His entrepreneurial spirit and background is a natural fit in the real estate industry.

Nick currently resides in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife, Kimberly Bushong Petrillo. Nick was born in New Jersey, but grew up in Clearwater, Florida. He lived in the Tampa metropolitan area after finishing college. He moved to Ponte Vedra in 2014 and got married in April 2017. Nick enjoys living in Ponte Vedra Beach where he spends time running and surfing.

I was born in Brazil, Italian descendant, in a small city located in the State of Minas Gerais. As a teen I moved to Brasilia, the capital of Brazil, and  went to high school there and became an elementary teacher. Few years later, I moved to Rio de Janeiro and went to university where I met my husband, a Portuguese guy, and we both graduated in Economic Sciences. We lived in Portugal, France and moved to The USA, where we arrived in the beginning of the 80’s

We have two children: Felipe and Carolina; I have been working in real estate for many years, and I love it. I am an extroverted person; I enjoy reading, traveling, going out with friends, watching movies, etc.  I also enjoy Nature and I love going camping with my family and friends.

Sports that I like: Tennis and golf.

Idiomas that I can speak: Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and a little bit of Italian.

Ryan graduated from Florida State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science – Geography.  Over the last 12 years, Ryan has been in Software Account Management/Sales – most recently as Enterprise Account Executive at Bluebeam, Inc., a PDF markup and collaboration company focused on the AEC industry.  He is consistently a top performer, winning numerous sales contests along the way.  He is known for having an unsurpassed commitment to quality and professionalism, directly impacting company image and customer loyalty. Ryan’s expertise in contract negotiations, relationship building, and customer service is a perfect fit for the real estate industry.

Ryan currently resides in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife, Kellie, and their 4-yr old Mini Goldendoodle, Derby.  He is a native of Jacksonville, FL is an avid University of Kentucky basketball and football fan.  He enjoys attending sporting events, golfing, and relaxing on the beach with family and friends.

I was born & raised here in Jacksonville, Florida.

I have always had a passion for technology as it rapidly improves and evolves for the better by using innovative ideas along with creativity. Keeping that in mind, I started to contemplate as to how I could use my technology skills in the field of Real Estate and follow in my father’s footsteps who has been a very successful Florida Realtor & investor for more than 20 years. I realize that business is growing each and every day with different market changes and most importantly how personally fulfilling it is to assist people with their individual real estate needs. Varying from customers reaching milestones in life; perhaps an elderly couple retiring and downsizing or a young couple with their whole life ahead of them wanting to embark on a new adventure!

I have many hobbies that bring me joy like playing the guitar & playing soccer but, definitely serving others has by far been what brings me the most joy & satisfaction. For the past 5 years I have dedicated over 40 hours each month to community volunteering as part of a worldwide organization.
